1. One fully completed visa application form .
2. Two recent passport size photos, affixed on the application form.
3. Passport (original) valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of intended departure.
4. A letter from Sponsoring Organization indicating the nature of applicant’s business (required for business visa) .
