Overview

PASSPORT RENEWAL

You may apply for an expedite passport renewal only if your recent passport is expired, and it is being received within the past 15 years and you were over 16 years of age at the time of its original issue and you did not change your name during that time frame.

If your passport was damaged, lost or stolen you have to apply to recieve a replacement.

Please note in cases where you are trying to recieve a visa but you do not have available visa pages in your passport, you can apply to add new pages. A US passport can have 24 to 96 new pages added.

In order to apply for an expedite passport renewal through Cinderella Travel Corp., You must provide us with the following:

1. One fully filled out Application form DS-82* ;

2. Two recent professional passport-type photographs , 2”x 2”, face front on white or white off background;

3. Recently issued Processing Time (original) .

4. A proof of the departure date from the USA, which can be a copy of your airline ticket or itinerary confirmation from a travel agency, or an employer confirmation letter concerning Your urgent departure abroad.

5. One filled out Cover Page * mentioning your required services.

6. One filled out Letter of Authorization*.

7. Proof of payment , we accept cash, check or money order.

Your expedite passport application will be examined by a Passport Agent and assigned for a date of passport issuing in accordance with your departure date from the U.S.

PASSPORT AMANDMENTS

You may apply for expediting passport amendments if you need to make modifications regarding your data. These modifications may be required in cases where the information in your currents passport is incorrect either due to circumstances such as an official name change becuase of marriage or other cases where similiar official changes were made.In order to apply for expediting passport ammendments through Cinderella Travel Corp., You must provide us with the following:1. One fully filled out Application form DS-19*;;2. Passport (original) .3. A proof of the departure datefrom the USA, which can be a copy of your airline ticket or itinerary confirmation from a travel agency, or an employer confirmation letter concerning your urgent departure abroad.4. One filled out Cover Page * mentioning your required services.5. One filled out Letter of Authorization*.

6. A legal document confirming the change, which is required to be mentioned in your passport: (marriage certificate, a court decisioner etc.)

7. Proof of payment , we accept cash, check or money order.

REPLACEMENT

Passports can only be renewed if ALL 3 of these conditions are met:1- previous passport was issued when you were age 16 or over, AND
2 – the passport is still in your possession and undamaged, AND
3 – the passport was issued less than 15 years ago and has not been expired for more than 5 years. If your passport has been expired more than 5 years, you must apply for a New Passport.

LOST OR STOLEN

You will need to complete a new passport application . The consular officer taking an application for replacement of a lost, stolen, or misplaced passport must be reasonably satisfied as to your identity and citizenship before issuing the replacement. In virtually all cases this can be done through examination of whatever citizenship and identity documents are available, conversations with the applicant, close observation of demeanor and replies to questions asked, and discussions with the applicant’s travelling companions or contacts in the United States. Please note the new requirements for passports for minors under the age of 14 and how this will change the way passport applications for minors are handled abroad.
